Schedule in
the player menu) and choose a programme that has already aired.Start over in the player menu. With the older interface styles:
Timeshift > Start from the beginning, or Start from the current moment to pause the live channel and go on from
where you are.Switch to live in the player menu. While watching the archive you can pause, rewind and fast-forward, and move to the previous or next programme. At the end of a programme the next one starts. See The player menu.
Without EPG for the channel the archive is offered in one-hour pieces; set up the TV guide to get real programmes: EPG (TV guide) setup.
M3U playlists the provider marks the archive with the
catchup attributes (see the M3U format). If you know the provider records the
channels but the playlist lacks these attributes, set it yourself: Settings > Provider, choose the provider,
Provider properties, then Catchup days and, if needed, Catchup type (see
Provider properties). This only helps when the provider’s server
really has the archive in that format.Settings > Extended settings > Main screen > Enabled modules > Shows archive. Some live streams can be rewound by a few minutes or hours even without an archive: see DVR / timeshift.
