From the app: Settings > About app > Contact developer opens a menu with this FAQ, an email form for your topic (Report a problem or bug, Report problem with payments or premium, Suggest a new feature, Report provider template issue) and the Telegram chat for your language (on a TV as a QR code).

Before you write, check this FAQ: most questions are answered here. In a bug report, say which device and app version you have (Settings > About app shows the version), what you did, what you expected and what happened.
